Biography
Vicky has over 15 years’ office experience and spent nearly 12 years at NewLaw Solicitors where she worked her way up from admin assistant to coordinator then to assistant manager of the operational support team, where she played a key role in ensuring the smooth running of specialist legal teams through comprehensive administrative, financial and organisational support.
Vicky has extensive experience managing high‑volume and detail‑driven workflows, including file management, income processing, reconciliations and handling queries from fee earners, insurers and third parties.
Known for her organised, proactive and dependable approach, Vicky also oversaw and supported the Operational Support team by providing training, guidance and constructive feedback. She regularly assisted Heads of Department with the wider operational needs of the office and is valued for her ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while managing competing priorities.
Vicky’s contribution has been previously recognised internally through multiple nominations and two wins of the “Make The Difference” Award, which celebrates staff who have a positive impact on colleagues and the business.
Vicky is excited to be part of the expanding team at Tree Law and is looking forward making a difference and helping the company continue their growth.
Vicky lives locally and is a Mum of 2 girls so when she’s not driving them to school or clubs or working, she enjoys walking her 2 dogs and attending the theatre (particularly musicals)!
