Launching my own business and creating my network has seen me reflect a lot on differences between men and women in the workplace
The world of being a lawyer can be pretty masculine and toxic at times. More and more Im finding inspiring and awesome women (and men) who bring something different to the table. The skills of being brilliant lawyers but also something else
That’s the thing about inclusion of women, and all others. The opportunity to bring ‘something else’ to the table makes the table one at which better decisions are made
That’s it. Include everyone’s voice and listen to their point of view
